About The Event
As part of Transforming Teesside Together, we’re continuing to ask what it looks like for the Church across our region to respond meaningfully to some of the most pressing challenges in our communities. One area that has been increasingly on our hearts is the reality of children in care across Teesside.
As you’ll know, our region has some of the highest rates of children in the care system. Behind those numbers are real lives, real stories, and a deep need for stability, love, and hope.
We believe the Church has a significant role to play here. We recognise that God has already placed Christians here in Teesside with a heart and passion for Children in Care. We want to gather those Christians together, those who carry both a heart for this issue and, in many cases, experience or influence within it.
